HUH?? SERVICE JAM?

The Global Service Jam is just around the corner! On 29-31 March 2019, people interested in service and customer experience design will meet simultaneously all over the world. In a spirit of experimentation, innovation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype a completely new service inspired by a shared theme. At the end of the weekend, a collection of brand new services will be published to the world.

WHAT WE DOING AH?

29 March, Friday
7:00pm to 9.30pm

 

Jam participants get into teams and discover this year’s theme. Teams will then immediately get started, working out what their focus would be for the next 48 hours.

30 March, Saturday

9:00am to 7:00pm

 

Teams will research, co-design, and prototype their ideas, testing them out on the streets of Singapore with potential users.

31 March, Sunday

9:00am to 7:00pm

Teams refine their prototype services with Sunday afternoon seeing each team presenting their prototypes to each other, and sharing feedback & learnings as well.
